1. What is your rebate program ?

  • ANS : Our rebate program is a cash incentive for our buyers at closing amounting to over 2 % of your purchase value of home.

2. How is my rebate calculated ?

  • ANS : Your rebate will be calculated as 75 % of any and all commission we receive from the seller or listing broker / agent in connection with your purchase of a property using us as your buyer. Since most homes for sale offer a 3 % commission to buyer's agent (us) if any your rebate is most likely to be 75 % of this commission which is 2 and a quarter (2.25% ) percent of the final contract price.

3. If i go and buy a home without a buyer's agent/realtor would i not save 3 % anyway ? Surely seller will not have to pay a buyer's agent.

  • ANS : Absolutely not . A seller in florida typically pays a fixed commission to a listing agent of usually 6 % or in some case 5 % . if you don't involve a buyers agent the seller still has to pay that fixed amout to the listing agent .If you involve us as your buyer agent the listing agent will share the 6 % commission equally with us (we receive typically 3 % at our end). From this you receive 75 % of our commission (An absolute winning transaction)

If you don't involve us you would be disadvantaged in 2 ways as below :

  • You will probably end up paying more for the home as you don't have an experienced buyer's agent negotiating on your behalf, one who's well aware of market conditions in the area and one with excess to recenly sold comparable properties.
  • No rebate will be due since now your on your own.

4. Do you offer full buyer services ?

  • ANS : Absolutely. We offer full services from researching to showings to contract write ups to support from contract to closing.

5. Are your buyer services free of charge ?

  • ANS : Just as our name implies, YES . Our buyer services are FREE.

6. You dont make much from a transaction so why do you offer such high rebates ?

  • ANS : We do not sell 1 or 2 properties a month like most agents we sell many more , hense raising our income accordingly. Also we believe in giving. After all our world would be in a much better state if we simply put our hearts at the needs of others first.

7. When do i receive my rebate ?

  • ANS : On the very day at closing.

8. How is my rebate given ?

  • ANS :At your choice you may either receive a company check , a cashier's check or have the rebate credited directly to the closing statement. The latter would require approval from your lender.

9. I like your rebate program . How do i get started ?

  • ANS : Thank You. We will do our best to make your experience one that you'll never forget .It very simple. Our rebate program applies to all our buyers. Simply call us at 727-385-2832 so that we may start the search for your dream home. After locating several or all listings matching your desires we will email these to you for more in depth look at the various properties . From here you will then let us know which ones you'd like for us to schedule appointments on. We will be most happy to come and show you the properties. We will assist you all the way from contract to closing should you decide to purchase a property.

10. Is there an obligation to use your company if i register on your website?

  • ANS : There will be no obligation at all whether you register on our website or not ? We will simply not obligate anyone to use our services. However we feel that there are no others out there that give what we can or work as hard as we do.

11. How long have you been in business ?

  • ANS : We he been in business since 2003 and are a growing company with each year increasing our clientel and sales volume.

12. How do you offer such low rates for lisitng homes ?

  • ANS : We do not charge 4%, 5% or even 6% . We charge 3.25 % to our sellers. Of this we co-operate with other agents 2.25 %. Whilst we put your properties on the most powerful real estate websites in the industry we give you a low cost virtual tour program option which will further market you properties to many other websites. We do not offer newspaper or magazine advertisement as we know that over 90 % all tranactions have had their buyer leads from online sources.

13. Is there a difference in your rebate program whether i buy a brand new home from a builder or a resale home from a home owner ?

  • ANS. There is no difference on the amount of the rebate. It will be calculated the same way. If you are buying a new home and visit builder sales offices on your own please ensure to tell builders you are working with us as your realtor. You can show them a representation form that will notify them that we are working with you as your realtor.This is so that we get compensated ( so that we may give you a rebate) in connection to your purchase. Ofcourse we do prefer that you call us first though.
